Maintenance Mechanic Technician Day or Swing
Dunlop Manufacturing, Inc., a fast growing manufacturer for the Music Industry located in Benicia, is looking for a Machine Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Machine Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for all aspects of maintaining the various machines in our manufacturing facility. Working closely with manufacturing departments to help eliminate downtime and be able to identify potential areas of improvement. Responsibilities
Robotics and/or PLC programming (general factory automation experience) Troubleshoot and repair plant equipment and modify production equipment per engineering instructions Service and repair air compressors, air dryers, conveyors, hydraulics, electric motors, pneumatics, and general plant and molding equipment Complete and accurate documentation of PM Machine records Basic Plumbing and Carpentry skills Must be able to supply own basic tools Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in the Manufacturing Maintenance field Knowledge and ability to repair hydraulic and pneumatic machinery Basic experience in general factory automation Good Electrical and Mechanical troubleshooting and problem solving techniques Ability to read and interpret schematics, blue prints, calipers, and micrometers Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel Arc, TIG or MIG welding a plus PLC Programming a plus Use of Mills and Lathes a plus EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or Equivalent Technical Schooling and certification or equivalent experience PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Competitive Salary commensurate with ability. The pay range is initially set to be between $25.00 - $28.50 per hour. Benefits include: Profit Sharing Plan, 401k Program, Medical, Dental, Vision Plan, Life Insurance, Long-Term Disability Insurance, Paid Holidays, Vacation, and Sick Leave.
