Senior Project Manager – Global Finance Transformation
Location:
Woburn, MA – 6+ month contract with extensions (hybrid: onsite Tues–Thurs, remote Mon/Fri)
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid: Onsite Tues–Thurs in Woburn, remote Mon/Fri | Primary focus: Finance Transformation Data Governance projects | Data Governance experience strongly preferred
What You’ll Do
Lead end‑to‑end project delivery for Global Finance Transformation initiatives, with emphasis on data governance efforts
Develop structured work plans across all project phases and ensure proper staffing and resource allocation
Assign responsibilities, set expectations, and guide cross‑functional project contributors
Prepare and deliver detailed status reports and presentations for working groups and Finance leadership
Monitor project milestones, budgets, and progress to ensure timely, cost‑effective delivery
Proactively identify risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution
Assess project scope, funding, timelines, and resource needs across multiple workstreams
Maintain accurate resource planning within resource management systems
Apply best‑practice project methodologies (PMI‑aligned) to elevate project delivery standards
Perform additional project‑related responsibilities as required
What We’re Looking For
PMP certification strongly preferred
8–12 years of project management experience, ideally within Finance process or Finance IT transformation projects
Experience with Finance Data Governance initiatives is a plus
Proficiency with project management tools (Smartsheet experience is a strong plus)
