is available for candidates based in Missouri, Wisconsin, Iowa and Kansas. Applicants must reside within these states.

Job Details As an Inside Sales Agent you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.

Position Details
Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1.
No cold calls, all incoming warm leads.
Opportunities for rewards and recognition.
Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, mid-morning start time, e.g., 11am–8pm CST. Minimum 12 months before shift change.
All computer equipment is provided. Must maintain a professional workspace with wired high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet not supported.
Qualifications
2‑3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related experience required.
Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
Ability to communicate well to prospects and customers.
Excellent analytical, decision‑making and organizational skills.
Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
Property and Casualty License required after hire.
