Job Description: Subcontract Manager Who You Are:

An experienced professional with a proven track record in managing supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk, modified Commercial Off The Shelf commodities.

What You Will Be Doing:

As a Subcontract Manager, you will lead multifunctional subcontract management teams, hold procurement delegation, and sign supplier agreements & purchase orders within established authority. Your responsibilities include:

Leading the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms & conditions

for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services.

Supporting development, production, and global sustainment primes

with multiple contract types.

Preparing bid packages, conducting bidders’ conferences, developing evaluation criteria, analyzing and evaluating proposals, and negotiating subcontract provisions including price.

Selecting or recommending subcontractors, writing subcontract packages, preparing awards, and administering resulting subcontracts and required change activity.

Leading performance specification and complex build-to-print subcontracts

for commercial, DOD, and international programs.
