Position Overview We’re seeking a globally‑minded sales professional for an international role primarily based in San Jose, CA, with significant travel to customer sites across Asia.

This position will lead international sales efforts with a focus on Axxon Mycronic’s dispense and conformal coating systems, supporting multinational customers headquartered in the United States and Canada.

Based in San Jose, CA, or remotely within the US, this role requires frequent travel to customer sites throughout Asia.

This high‑impact position manages strategic relationships, drives account revenue, and steers cross‑regional collaboration.

Candidates should demonstrate technical fluency and a history of successfully overseeing large global accounts in the electronics manufacturing sector.

With a solutions‑driven mindset, the Global Account Manager will be instrumental in delivering tailored technologies and fostering long‑term customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and expand global account relationships across multinational organizations

Drive strategic growth and revenue across assigned accounts, meeting annual sales goals for Axxon Mycronic’s dispense and conformal coating product lines

Identify and cultivate business opportunities within complex customer ecosystems

Manage the full sales cycle — discovery, technical solution development, quoting, and post‑sale follow‑up

Deliver persuasive project presentations both in person and via virtual platforms

Engage closely with technical, operations and leadership teams across regions to align on solutions and strategy

Serve as a key voice of the customer, ensuring responsiveness and excellence throughout all engagements

Represent the company at customer locations, industry events and remote meetings

Experience and Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years in technical B2B sales, including 3+ years managing global or strategic accounts

Prior experience with dispensing or conformal coating systems or similar capital equipment preferred

Proven ability to communicate and negotiate with both technical and executive‑level stakeholders

Deep understanding of navigating large, matrixed organizations and developing long‑term client partnerships

Ability to read, interpret, and clearly convey technical specifications across diverse audiences

Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office suite

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience

Willingness and ability to travel extensively both domestically and internationally

Valid passport required

Language skills in Mandarin or Spanish are a plus

Salary: $140,000 - $165,000 per year.
