BearWear Concessions, Events, and Floor Merchandising Supervisor
Associated Students UCLA is seeking a BearWear Concessions, Events, and Floor Merchandising Supervisor. Under the direction of the Bearwear Concessions Events Manager and Customer Service Manager, this shared position will assist in preparation, execution and reconciliation of each event, as well as ensuring the sales floor is maintained and stocked with merchandise in order to meet sales plans. This hybrid role is 50% Concessions and 50% sales floor replenishment. Hours include evenings and weekends and variable shifts.

$47,500 - 55,000

Summary of Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparation, execution, and reconciliation of events; ensure sales floor is stocked and merchandise is presented to meet sales plans.
Work at concessions events both on and off campus.
Pull, pack, and count merchandise before and after events to ensure appropriate assortment and quantities.
Verify counts post-event by location and return merchandise to proper locations.
Collaborate with Replenishment Managers to maintain stocked sales floors, organized stockrooms, and accessible merchandise while managing inventory flow and presentation in a fast-paced retail environment.
Hire, schedule, train, evaluate, and counsel staff in all activities.
Assist in other areas of the Division and perform special assignments including POS troubleshooting and customer service.
Qualifications
1+ years of related experience in a high-volume retail environment.
Demonstrated ability to monitor and prioritize multiple tasks and interface effectively with diverse groups.
Proficiency with PC, spreadsheet, and retail systems.
Accuracy in pulling and counting merchandise.
Ability to maintain sales floor standards.
Supervises
Direct and indirectly supervises professional and part-time/student staff.
Physical Requirements
Frequent walking, standing, sitting, reaching, climbing ladders, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling.
Lifting up to 50 lbs.
