– a key leadership position in the Food Operations division. This role oversees daily operations, staff management, budgeting, and quality control for Jimmy’s Coffee House & Café 451. Summary of Key Responsibilities
Oversee opening/closing, customer service, food preparation, menu development, and promotion. Maintain quality control, portion control, inventory, cash/security, safety/sanitation, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations. Assist with facility and equipment upgrade projects. Hire, schedule, train, evaluate, and counsel staff in all activities. Perform special assignments as needed. Hours include evenings, weekends, and variable shifts. Qualifications
2+ years of related food service management experience required; fast food or coffee house experience preferred. Demonstrated effective supervision of a large staff and achievement of realistic budgets. Proficiency in PC word processing, spreadsheets, and food production systems. Strong communication skills with diverse groups and individuals. Related BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Supervises
Directly and indirectly supervises professional and part-time/student staff. Physical Requirements
Frequent walking, standing, bending, stooping, reaching, gripping, and lifting of up to 50 lbs. Background Verification
