Act as a market business leader driving enterprise and mobility solutions to meet client requirements in a dynamic environment. Maintain and grow business with a focus on an excellent client experience at all times. Develop near-term and long-term solution and GTM strategies, and collaborate on product and technical roadmaps. Secure new revenue and grow Samsung market share within SEA’s Mobile B2B Business Unit. Set customer engagement strategy in coordination with Mobile B2B leaders, other key accounts, product, marketing, and engineering managers. Develop relationships with Retail end customers/users/decision makers and influencers of mobility operations to executive-level stakeholders. Identify and qualify business opportunities and position Samsung for pursuit. Maintain strong business relationships with key decision makers across Samsung’s Mobile B2B sector. Develop account plans and campaigns resulting in measurable market share growth; execute key account strategies and engagement plans. Manage a qualified quarterly pipeline (3x target) and programmatically coordinate account communications, market trends, promotions, and training as needed. Manage Account Business Opportunities (BO) with 100% accuracy in Salesforce. Create account plans and present to leadership; perform long-range planning (1–3 years) to drive revenue growth. Mobilize internal and external resources to meet customer requirements and drive growth and solutions. Maintain working knowledge of Samsung Mobile hardware/software and Android for Enterprise. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years of solution procurement or relevant sales experience and account management. Track record of hitting annual targets (>$30M) in mobility hardware and software as an individual contributor. Expertise with enterprise mobility, mobility solutions, and mobile device management (Android). Familiarity with contracts and applying them to annual growth goals; ability to research IT budgets. Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate Samsung value. Ability to travel up to 75% and move equipment up to 75 lbs. Experience with Salesforce CRM; proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel. Preferred Qualifications

Understanding of principles of program and project management. Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $147,000 and $182,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience. Regular full-time employees have access to benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Employee Purchase Program, Tuition Assistance (after 6 months), Paid Time Off, and other programs; MBO bonus compensation is available based on company, division, and individual performance.
