Ticket Sales Account Executive
The Ticket Sales Account Executive will play a key role in generating revenue for the Atlanta Falcons by selling Personal Seat Licenses (PSLs), season tickets, and other premium seating options at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. This is an opportunity for a motivated professional to advance their career in the sports industry. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, proactive, and possesses a positive, team-first attitude. This is a full-time role located on-site at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in downtown Atlanta. Key Responsibilities: Drive the sale of PSLs and season tickets by engaging leads through phone and in-person appointments. Educate potential buyers on seating options, pricing tiers, and member benefits Manage a diverse sales pipeline (individual and business accounts) using CRM to ensure efficient follow-ups. Meet and exceed sales metrics (revenue & total seats sold targets) set to achieve individual and team goals. Attend and actively participate in ticketing meetings, providing feedback to the sales staff and contributing to team initiatives. Strive to become a top producer on the ticket sales team, taking on new responsibilities as opportunities arise. Consistently hit or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Minimum of 1-3 years of prior sales experience (sports/related industry preferred). Strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle a high volume of prospects. Positive, team-focused attitude with a strong competitive drive to succeed. Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills for conducting sales calls and contributing in team settings. Confident, self-motivated, and capable of performing at a high level daily. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and/or Ticketmaster Archtics is a plus.
