The role involves providing comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for various devices and systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in resolving hardware and software issues to ensure a seamless user experience. Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Android devices, Apple products, Mac computers, and related technologies. Assist in configuring and deploying new hardware and software systems. Maintain and update documentation for system configurations and troubleshooting procedures. Coordinate with team members to resolve user issues promptly. Support and manage Citrix and Cisco technologies to ensure system functionality. Monitor and manage help desk tickets, ensuring timely responses and resolutions. Educate users on best practices for device and software use. Collaborate with IT teams to improve system performance and reliability.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in a help desk or technical support role. Proficiency in troubleshooting Android devices, Apple products, and Mac computers. Hands-on experience with Cisco and Citrix technologies. Strong knowledge of configuration management and system deployments. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to document technical processes and solutions clearly. Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems and processes.
