Licensing Associate, Apparel, Footwear & Accessories at Ralph Lauren. The role supports the Global Licensing Division and internal and external partners with design development, analysis, strategy, distribution & marketing. The position coordinates daily activities of the team and interactions with stakeholders. Reports to the Licensing Lead, Apparel, Accessories & Footwear. Responsibilities

Design Development - Support the division by scheduling all Polo licensed category milestone meetings and ensuring attendance of applicable internal and external stakeholders (Concept, Strategy, Adoption, Style Outs, Showroom Set-ups, Seasonal Marketing Campaigns). Own the Master Licensing Product Development Calendar and facilitate cross-functional meetings to ensure milestone meetings are met. Take detailed notes during meetings for licensing records and circulate them to the group. Follow-up on open issues to resolve them in a timely fashion. Consolidate buys post-market of licensed products for RL DTC channels. Build strong cross-functional relationships. Maintain knowledge of owned lines and brands; understand key competitors and market position. Maintain season pricing comparison charts & business snapshots. Monitor presence of licensed products on digital channels and in stores. Own reporting & analytics templates and schedule monthly business reviews. Collect, compile, and distribute weekly, monthly and seasonal licensee retail selling reports; collect and distribute weekly DTC Global Retail Sales reports by channel and licensee. Analyze sales metrics and summarize results for management. Define and implement a robust distribution review process; collaborate with EMEA counterpart for NA vetting. Consolidate account requests from licensees for completeness and appropriateness; provide regional feedback. Maintain the licensee distribution database between NA and EMEA for legal records and visibility. Coordinate cross-category projects and initiatives; communicate with RL design, merchandising and OPS teams for licensee information; build decks for marketing initiatives. Support on additional tasks to drive day-to-day business; assist as needed on presentations for internal and external meetings. Qualifications

2-3 years experience in licensing, merchandising, buying/planning, or sales preferred. Strategic & analytical thinking with strong problem-solving abilities. Merchandising skills; ability to think outside the box. Flexibility, open-mindedness; ability to navigate a complex, matrixed organization. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural and diverse business environment. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills; willingness to learn; team player; highly organized. Proficiency in Outlook, MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Seniorities & Employment
