Proficiency in computer and software applications. Effective communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills. Good judgment and self-direction. Job Responsibilities
Utilize the nursing process in patient care. Assess learning needs and implement teaching strategies. Communicate and delegate effectively within the interdisciplinary team. Use data to evaluate and promote change for optimal outcomes. Respect patient privacy and adapt communication to diverse populations.
