What we're looking for: Provide customer support by phone, chat, and email. Troubleshoot and resolve networking-related problems promptly. Identify customer needs, create solutions, and resolve issues. Make a positive impression with customers through excellent customer service. Immediately escalate critical problems. Document support tickets and escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams. Guide customers through hardware installation or software configuration processes. Requirements: 2+ years of business customer technical support experience via chat, phone, or email. 2+ years supporting SMB/Enterprise products. 3+ years working in call/support center environments. Ability to provide customer solutions based on requirements and TP-Link products. Good knowledge of Wired and Wireless Networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, IGMP, 802.1X) and common networking features (VPN, VLAN, VoIP, Multicast, Network Management). Experience configuring networking devices such as firewalls, VPN routers, switches, or wireless access points. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users effectively. Preferred Skills: Experience with networking industry products like Cisco Meraki, HPE (Aruba), Ubiquiti Networks, etc. Networking certifications (CCNA, CWNA, CCNP, etc.). IT work experience with Cisco Meraki, Juniper, HPE, or other business network products. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
