Early Career Software Engineering
Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking an Early Career Software Engineering. In this role, you will serve as a software developer for F-35 Pilot Systems Software Multi Function Display and Helmet Mounted Display Team. Candidate will be expected to participate in the design, development, test and integration of real-time, embedded display software. This software will be developed in C++ and OpenGL using an agile methodology. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of software development lifecycle and software programming language(s) and tools. Must be a US Citizen. This position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Basic Qualifications: Master's Degree from an accredited college in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related major C++, Python, Unix/Linux experience Experience with large real time embedded software development Agile/Scrum Development experience Desired Skills: Embedded display experience Experience with test automation Complete software lifecycle development process and test philosophies CI/CD, Pipeline, OpenGL, Atlassian Collaboration Tools Experience applying design patterns in C++, OOA/OOD/OOP Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
