Responsibilities:
As a key function at TW Metals, the contract administrator is responsible for directing activities concerned with satisfying customer contracts. The successful candidate will: Manage customer specific inventory by reviewing customer forecasts and specifications, and coordinate material requirements with TW Metals purchasing, sales, operations, and shipping to implement fulfillment of contracts. May count consigned material in stock for assigned customer base. Act as a liaison between TW Metals and contract customers. Advise sales and purchasing of unique contractual requirements. Research alternative sources for materials to ensure competitive quality and pricing. Qualifications: High School graduate. Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or related area preferred. Requirements: Possess effective communication skills which include verbal and written. Must have experience with Microsoft Office, particularly efficient on Excel is preferred. Customer service or sales assistant experience is necessary. Ability to prioritize workload and be self-directed. Metals industry experience is preferred. Ability to learn proprietary program (Metalware).
