Technology Support Specialist
Job Type: Contract Location: Minneapolis, MN Company: YUPRO Placement About This Position We're seeking an On-Site Technical Support Specialist to join the IT support team. This role ensures smooth IT operations by providing hands-on troubleshooting and support for AV systems, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and a variety of hardware/software technologies. The ideal candidate is customer-service focused, detail-oriented, and eager to build their career in technology support. Job Responsibilities Provide onsite support for PC, Mac, AV, application, and network connectivity issues. Manage and resolve ServiceNow tickets, ensuring SLA adherence. Support AV technologies including Microsoft Surface Hubs, Crestron, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Polycom, Cisco, and related equipment. Provide VIP/white glove support and assist with event/meeting technology setup. Handle asset management, including shipping, receiving, tracking, and hardware lifecycle. Job Skills/Requirements 2+ years of onsite technical support experience or degree in related field. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Mac OS, and Microsoft 365 applications. Experience troubleshooting AV systems (Surface Hub, Crestron, Teams Rooms). Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask, work independently, and support VIP users. Additional Information Some travel may be required to support other locations or client sites. Occasional after-hours support may be required. Parking expenses covered.
