Job Description
The Project Manager - Healthcare Projects - NoVA will:
Manage healthcare renovation projects in occupied hospital settings Lead field teams and coordinate subcontractors to ensure timely delivery Maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation Collaborate with hospital staff to minimize disruption to patient care Uphold safety and infection control standards in sensitive environments Report directly to ownership and senior leadership Represent the company professionally in client meetings Support onboarding and training to align with company standards MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
The Project Manager - Healthcare Projects - NoVA will have:
5+ years of experience in healthcare construction, especially inpatient renovations Proven success in managing occupied space projects Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently without immediate APM support Professionalism and mindfulness in sensitive healthcare environments Entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative approach What's on Offer
The Project Manager - Healthcare Projects - NoVA will receive:
Competitive salary: $110,000-$140,000+ depending on experience $500/month vehicle allowance + EZPASS reimbursement Health insurance (54% covered), HSA eligible day 1 ($2,500 individual / $5,000 family) 401(k) with company match PTO: 2-3 weeks (based on role), 7 paid holidays Flexible hybrid schedule after onboarding Opportunity to grow with a company expanding into new markets
