Job Description

As Project Manager, you'll oversee all phases of construction for a new homeless shelter in Woodbridge, VA. You'll be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

The Project Manager - Public Works - NoVA will:

Lead project planning, execution, and closeout for a $21M public works facility Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery Maintain project budgets and schedules, proactively resolving issues Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Foster strong client relationships and represent the company professionally Collaborate with preconstruction and field teams to optimize project outcomes Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff Utilize project management software and reporting tools effectively MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant

The Project Manager - Public Works - NoVA will have:

5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects Proven success delivering projects in the $10M-$50M range Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience with public works or institutional projects preferred Proficiency in construction management platforms (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam) What's on Offer
