The Construction Project Manager will:
Manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction planning to project close-out. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site. Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays promptly. Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address concerns. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders as needed. Lead and mentor project teams to ensure successful project delivery. The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction Project Manager should have:
Strong knowledge of construction management processes and best practices. Project experience in one of their core markets: healthcare, life science and/or higher-education Experience building in occupied spaces is a plus Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficiency in construction management software and tools. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
