Position Summary

As the Supervisor of Quality Training, you will ensure quality and compliance, empowering teams to create life-changing medications. This role leads impactful training initiatives, enhances operational integrity, and fosters continuous improvement. Duties and Responsibilities

Leads and empowers the Quality Training team, driving excellence in training delivery, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture, and championing growth and advancement opportunities for all members. Implements comprehensive Quality Training programs to ensure adherence to United States Pharmacopeia (USP) standards, Good Documentation Practices, Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration Food and Drug Administration and state regulations. Leads regular audits and inspections of Quality Training documentation to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and regulatory requirements, identifies improvement areas, drives corrective actions, and continuously evaluates and adjusts the program to address training gaps. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality standards, product safety, and regulations while consulting with Enterprise Training to conduct training needs analyses, assess requirements, determine appropriate training, and oversee its execution. Supports Enterprise Training in developing training materials and collaborates with Subject Matter Experts to create training resources, including On-The-Job training, Work Instructions, and Job Aids. While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the workday and frequently use their hands and fingers to handle or feel in order to access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The employee is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, or training within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with demonstrated proficiency in overseeing compounding operations and regulatory compliance required. Requires a Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, chemistry, biology, or a related scientific discipline. Certifications such as Certified Quality Auditor; Certified Quality Improvement Associate; Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence; Regulatory Affairs Certification; and Certified Pharmaceutical Good Manufacturing Practices Professional are preferred.
