Staffmark is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support a high-performance automotive glass manufacturing facility. This hands-on role plays a key part in ensuring production equipment runs efficiently, safely, and without interruption.
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday, occasional weekends based on production
Pay: $23-$30/hr, depending on experience

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance on conveyors and processing equipment Minimize downtime by responding quickly to equipment failures Support new equipment installations, upgrades, and performance tuning Keep accurate maintenance logs and perform preventive maintenance tasks Collaborate with production teams to meet operational goals What We're Looking For:
3+ years of industrial or warehouse maintenance experience (automotive/glass a plus) Skilled in hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical systems, and electrical troubleshooting Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals PLC/robotics experience and knowledge of Six Sigma, Fishbone, KT, or 8D tools preferred Strong safety mindset, self-motivated, and able to work independently Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and working overtime as needed
