We are partnering with a well-established services company that continues to grow and is looking to add a
Senior Accountant
to their finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, collaboration, and being part of a stable yet dynamic organization.
About the Role: The Senior Accountant will play a key role in supporting core accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end close activities. This person will work closely with the Controller and senior leadership to ensure accurate financials, assist with audits, and help streamline processes across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP Support month-end and year-end close, including reconciliations and journal entries Manage AP, AR, and GL transactions with a high level of accuracy Assist with inventory accounting, cost of goods sold analysis, and fixed asset management Partner with external auditors and assist in tax preparation and documentation Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Help maintain internal controls and accounting procedures Participate in special projects and process improvements as needed What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3-5 years of hands-on accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting Experience with inventory and cost accounting preferred ERP systems experience and strong Excel skills Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving ability Team-oriented with clear and professional communication skills Compensation & Benefits:
