Take over and keep building existing client relationships to keep things smooth and establish trust from day one. Spot new business opportunities that align with ideal clients and projects - and go after them. Get out there: attend networking events, trade shows, and client meetings to grow presence and open doors. Be part of early project conversations to make sure what we promise lines up with what we can deliver. Work closely with marketing and leadership to create customized pitches and proposals. Keep the CRM up to date with client notes, leads, and pipeline updates Stay sharp by keeping an eye on market trends, competitor moves, and client feedback to help shape strategy. Represent the brand with professionalism and confidence - whether you're in the office, on-site, or at an event. The Successful Applicant

Business Development Manager Education/Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field preferred. Equivalent industry experience may be considered in lieu of formal education. 7+ years of experience in business development, client relations, or sales within the construction industry. Proven ability to manage and grow long-term client relationships. Experience working closely with preconstruction and estimating teams is highly desirable. Familiarity with local/regional commercial construction markets. Core Competencies:
