Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, playing a crucial role in enhancing their experience with our brand. You will handle a variety of inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that each customer receives personalized and efficient support.

Key Responsibilities Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues promptly via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate information about products and services to customers in a friendly and professional manner. Document customer interactions and feedback in our customer management system for quality assurance and review. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or management as needed. Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on customer interaction. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. Benefits
