Lead project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and performance. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies. Oversee financial performance, including cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that promotes accountability and continuous improvement. The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of industry experience General Contracting or Builder-Developer background Demonstrated history of successfully managing large-scale, ground up construction projects from start to completion. Project types can include but are not limited to: commercial, health care, life sciences, public works, multi-family, higher-education/K-12 Project values can range from $30M - $200M+ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project) Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment What's on Offer
