Controller
to join our team. If you're a hands-on accounting professional who enjoys leading a team, improving processes, and helping a business grow, this is a great opportunity to make an impact. What You'll Do Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, accounts receivable, and revenue accounting Manage relationships with banks, bonding companies, auditors, and insurance providers Lead the accounting team and ensure accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and closing activities Monitor company financial performance and alert leadership to potential issues or trends Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations Support external audits and ensure accurate filing of tax returns Oversee Accounts Receivable management and support collection activities Develop and improve accounting tools, systems, and procedures to increase efficiency Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field ( MBA or CPA preferred ) 5+ years of accounting experience , including leadership or supervisory roles Strong understanding of
general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and tax reporting Experience in
Construction or MEP industry preferred Working knowledge of
Construction Job Cost Accounting
and
