We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant (PTP, OTC) to join our team. This contract position is fully remote and offers an exciting opportunity to work with leading financial projects in the Life Sciences industry.

Due to client requirements, candidates must be willing to work on a W2 basis. A comprehensive benefits package is included for W2 consultants, which covers Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with company matching, and life insurance. Responsibilities Collaborate with business and technical teams for GAP analysis, business requirements gathering, technical development, and project implementation to ensure successful delivery of Finance projects. Maintain and refine operational processes to promote stability, executing all activities in line with established controls and practices, including software development life-cycle (SDLC) and change management. Work closely within the global IT Finance team and IT Supply Chain for process support and delivery. Perform technical tasks such as system configuration, data extraction/loading, and report development. Act as a business liaison for IT Finance, ensuring effective implementation of financial projects. Contribute to estimating potential project efforts. Assist in training and educating local finance users on IT Finance applications. Experience Requirements Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Finance applications and a total of 6+ years in IT or relevant industry roles. Expertise in multiple Oracle EBS (R12) finance modules including Accounts Payables, Purchasing, iProcurement, AGIS, Accounts Receivables, iExpense, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Project Accounting, and OPM Costing. Proficient in Oracle PL/SQL. Experience with integrations using APIs and XML templates. Familiarity with Oracle supply chain and process manufacturing modules is an advantage. Strong understanding of finance processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report. Ability to effectively communicate and identify user requirements at all levels to deliver timely results. Skilled in analyzing business processes to translate needs into detailed requirements and solution design, while addressing gaps using standard functionalities. Comprehensive understanding of information systems, business processes, and key performance indicators. Dedication to customer service, system reliability, and incident resolution, including potential off-hours support. Creative problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of Data Analytics tools like Tableau is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Capability to work independently with minimal guidance or as part of a collaborative team. Solid knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle. Experience within a biotechnology/pharmaceutical company is preferred. Background in a SOX environment is also a plus. Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Note: Skills, experience, and other factors will be assessed when determining pay rate. The provided pay range reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that could lead to different compensation.
