We are seeking a talented
Senior Project Manager/Construction Administrator
with experience in DSA and K-12 projects. You will play a crucial role as you lead construction administration, project teams, and delivery processes at our Orange County or San Diego studios. What You Need: 8-10+ years of experience as a Construction Administrator/Project Manager. 6+ years of recent experience focusing on education projects (DSA, K-12, Higher Education) is essential. California Architect License / NCARB certification is a plus. Proficient in Revit and other design software. Extensive experience in construction administration, including leading project teams, managing design through construction, documentation, budgets, and RFPs/RFQs. Strong tenure with a reputable architecture firm.
