Subarc Welder Automation Personnel Services is looking for a
Subarc Welder
for a company based in Saginaw, Tx. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for operating a Subarc Welding machine to repair, fabricate, fitting, and joining metal and other welding material.
Pay Rate $23.00 per hour DOE
Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 5 00 am to 4 30 pm and Currently Saturday, 5 00 am to 11 00 am
Subarc Welder Duties and Responsibilities • Fuse metal segments, using submerge arc welding. • Certify in ceramic tape welding, mig process, aluminum, stainless steel, 7018 and 6010 stick welding. • Manage aluminum structure/pipe fabrication turnaround: cross-country CGIT/IPB megawatt electrical power conductors. • Perform preventative maintenance, electronic robotic, pneumatic system, and initial quality control operations. • Setting up the arc welding machine, this includes adjusting the machine.
Subarc Welder Qualifications and Requirements • Must have at least 1 year experience running a Subarc Welding machine. • Must be able to weld SA516-70, SA36, SA240-304/L, and SA240-316/L material. • Must be able to pass a 3G welding Test. • Proficiency in welding techniques such as Mig with flux core, Aluminum, and Arc.
