, you will be part of the Product Operations team supporting product lifecycle initiatives and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:
$35-40/hr
Note: This role is designed for early-career professionals with 2-3 years of experience. You will work alongside a mentor and other leaders to gain hands-on experience, and grow your skills in product operations.
What's the Job?
Coordinate and manage small to mid-sized product operations projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to support product lifecycle initiatives.
Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and communicate status updates effectively.
Identify risks and issues, escalate when necessary, and contribute to process improvements.
Assist in documenting lessons learned and refining go-to-market strategies to enhance future product launches.
What's Needed?
2-3 years of experience in project coordination, product management, or related roles within an enterprise environment.
Proficiency in MS Office tools, including PowerPoint and Excel.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work well with diverse teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on active listening and collaboration.
Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and adapting to changing priorities.
