Our client, a leader in financial services and regulatory environments, is seeking a Sr Business Analyst to join their team. As a Sr Business Analyst, you will be part of the Enterprise Risk Management department supporting strategic initiatives across compliance, fraud, investigations, privacy, and more. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Lead requirements gathering and delivery across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project environments.
Manage stakeholder engagement with 15-50+ stakeholders, capturing the "Voice of the Customer" and translating it into actionable deliverables.
Conduct deep-dive risk and data analysis, presenting findings through executive reports and visualizations.
Define current and future state workflows, create process flows, mockups, and data mapping documentation.
Lead user acceptance testing, develop training materials, and support system rollouts and go-live activities.
What's Needed?
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including projects over $5M.
Proven success managing complex stakeholder groups and multiple workstreams.
Bachelor's degree required.
Strong communication, critical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience in enterprise risk management within financial services or regulatory environments.
