Our client, a leading organization in the life sciences sector, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team to work on a Microsoft Project Online to Microsoft Planner transition project. This will be within a Pharma Regulatory Affairs division supporting project management and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and functional leads to support the transition from Microsoft Project Online to Microsoft Planner.

Gather, document, and validate business requirements, user stories, and process flows related to project management and regulatory workflows.

Assess current-state processes in Project Online and design optimized future-state processes leveraging Planner and the Microsoft 365 suite.

Partner with technical teams to ensure business needs are accurately translated into configuration and solution design.

Support change management and user adoption activities, including communication, training, and end-user support.

What's Needed?

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in large enterprise environments, preferably in life sciences, biotech, or pharmaceutical industries.

Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Project Online, Microsoft Planner, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate).

Strong understanding of project portfolio management (PPM) processes and best practices.

Proven ability to gather and document business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and manage the full lifecycle of process and technology change.

Experience working within or supporting Regulatory Affairs, R&D, or Quality functions is highly desirable.
