Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced
Business Analyst
with 8-10 years of expertise in
banking and financial services , with a strong focus on
Supply Chain Finance
and
Trade Finance products . The ideal candidate should have proven experience in gathering requirements, preparing documentation, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders. Prepare
BRDs, FRDs, process flows, use cases, and data mapping documents . Work with product and technology teams on
core banking systems, trade finance platforms, and digital channels . Ensure compliance with
SWIFT messaging standards (MT/MX)
and
ICC guidelines (UCP 600, URC, URDG, ISP98) . Collaborate with cross-functional teams in
Agile/Scrum environments
using tools such as
JIRA and Confluence . Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, manage expectations, and provide clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and support solution design. Required Skills & Experience:
8-10 years of experience as a
Business Analyst
in the
banking and financial services
domain. Strong functional expertise in
Supply Chain Finance
and
Trade Finance products
(Letters of Credit, Guarantees, Bills, Invoice Financing, Factoring, Forfaiting, etc.). In-depth knowledge of
SWIFT standards
and
ICC guidelines . Hands-on experience with
business analysis artifacts
(BRD, FRD, process flows, data mapping). Familiarity with
core banking systems and digital channels . Strong knowledge of
Agile/Scrum methodologies
and collaboration tools ( JIRA, Confluence ). Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and documentation skills.
