Hands-on experience preparing business requirements, functional requirements, and process documentation. Familiarity with core banking systems and digital channels. Knowledge of messaging standards and industry guidelines. Experience with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare business and functional requirement documents. Create process flows and use cases. Conduct data mapping and analysis. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements. Work within Agile and Scrum frameworks.
