Job Description
The Senior Associate/ Asset Manager will oversee a portfolio of real estate assets, focusing on maximizing property performance, revenue, and value. This role involves analyzing financial performance, implementing operational strategies, and collaborating with property management and acquisitions teams to ensure asset growth and compliance. The ideal candidate has 2-6 years of experience in multifamily and/or affordable housing, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to execute business plans that optimize occupancy, cash flow, and long-term investment returns.

The Successful Applicant
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor property financial performance, budgets, and reporting. Develop and execute asset business plans to maximize revenue and NOI. Collaborate with property management, leasing, and acquisitions teams. Analyze market trends, rent comparables, and operational metrics. Ensure compliance with regulatory, affordable housing, and lender requirements. Support acquisitions and dispositions with underwriting and due diligence. Qualifications:
2-6 years of experience in real estate asset management, preferably multifamily and/or affordable housing. Strong financial modeling and Excel skills. Knowledge of property management systems and reporting tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
