Soni's client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical
Financial Analyst
to support the financial planning, analysis, and reporting for their manufacturing operations. This role will work closely with operations, supply chain, and finance teams to provide insights that drive performance, cost efficiencies, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and report on manufacturing costs, variances, and inventory valuation
Support budgeting and forecasting processes related to plant operations
Develop and maintain standard cost models for products and processes
Perform variance analysis (e.g., material, labor, overhead) and communicate findings to management
Partner with operations teams to monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for manufacturing performance
Assist in capital expenditure planning and ROI analysis for manufacturing investments
Monitor inventory transactions and conduct cycle count analysis as needed
Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and accounting standards
Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support for special projects Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of cost accounting and inventory principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Compensation:
$90,000 to $120,000 annually Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications. Local MA candidates only
