Our client is seeking a motivated and tech-savvy
Help Desk Engineer
to join their growing IT team. In this role, you'll be the first line of support for resolving technical issues and ensuring seamless technology operations across the organization. This is an onsite position based in Fairfield County, CT.

Responsibilities
and Duties:
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for end users via phone, email, and in person Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues Manage user accounts and permissions using
Active Directory Support and administer
Windows desktop environments
and
Microsoft 365
applications Document issues, solutions, and processes in the ticketing system Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate complex issues when needed Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism Help Desk Engineer 's
Qualifications
and Skill:
Bachelor's degree
in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Experience supporting
Windows ,
Active Directory , and
Microsoft 365 Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Finance industry experience is a plus , but not required
