The Senior Strategic Sourcing Analyst will take ownership of sourcing and supplier management for defined raw material categories within the Aerospace division. This role combines strategic procurement, cross-functional collaboration, and supplier relationship management to ensure resilient supply chains and support product innovation.

You will act as the link between Category Management, Science & Technology (R&D), and Operations, supporting dual-sourcing initiatives, cost reduction programs, and the qualification of new suppliers.

Key Responsibilities Lead sourcing activities for defined raw material categories, including contracting strategy, price negotiation, and supplier management. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to secure supply, manage working capital, and deliver measurable cost savings. Partner with internal Category Managers and Aerospace S&T teams to support new product development and formulation resilience. Act as an escalation point for supplier-related issues, collaborating with plant operations to resolve bottlenecks and ensure production continuity. Identify and qualify alternative suppliers to reduce risk and increase flexibility across the supply base. Drive alignment and collaboration between Procurement, R&D, Operations, and Quality functions. Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including pricing trends, lead times, and supplier performance. Support sustainability, compliance, and innovation goals through proactive supplier engagement and sourcing best practices. Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 2 years' experience in Aerospace coatings procurement or a related manufacturing environment preferred. Proven success in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiation, and contract management. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
