LHH is seeking a payroll professional for a long-term contract opportunity. This position is

hybrid , offering a mix of remote and on-site work in Richmond, VA.

Key Responsibilities Execute

biweekly and semimonthly payroll cycles

with precision and timeliness.

Perform

routine audits -daily and weekly-to verify payroll accuracy and apply necessary updates.

Manage and update payroll records, including

employee onboarding, terminations, deductions, and benefits .

Ensure payroll operations comply with

federal, state, and local tax regulations .

Generate and distribute

pay stubs, W-2 forms, and other payroll-related reports .

Address employee inquiries regarding

compensation, deductions, and payroll procedures .

Reconcile payroll data and contribute to

month-end and year-end financial reporting .

Partner with

HR and cross-functional teams

to maintain consistency across systems and workflows.

Assist with

internal audits and compliance reviews

as required.

Pay Details:

$29.00 to $34.00 per hour
