We're Hiring: Phlebotomist!
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in blood collection procedures, excellent patient care skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and accuracy in laboratory specimen collection.

Role: Phlebotomist
Duties & Responsibilities:
Greet and identify patients according to SOP.
Obtain billing and testing information according to SOP.
Review test requisition for proper test collection.
Assemble equipment necessary to collect specimens.
Collect specimens for drug testing according to SOP and order of the draw.
Match requisition to collection of tubes for completion.
Centrifuge when necessary.
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance and quality control on test kits and urinalysis equipment.
Prepare and package specimens for shipping to testing location according to SOP.
Perform customer service duties including phone inquiries and patient encounters.
Collect patient payments according to SOP.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Certification in Phlebotomy from an accredited program.
Minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy experience, preferably in a clinical or laboratory setting.
Strong attention to detail and adherence to SOPs and quality control standards.
Ability to perform daily operational tasks including equipment maintenance and accurate patient identification.
