About This Role
Supports executive staff and senior leadership under the direction of the Senior Executive Assistant. Works independently and as part of the administrative support team. Performs a wide range of administrative and clerical support duties. Requires excellent computer, communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support and implement company policies, procedures and objectives.
What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative support to the executive staff, leadership and management team, including but not limited to document preparation, report creation, data organization and coordination.
- Compose business communications, correspondence and email.
- Record and transcribe minutes of meetings as assigned.
- Maintain records management systems.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Prepare meeting logistics, including room assignment, refreshments and audio‑visual needs.
- Perform general administrative duties such as copying, faxing, mailing and guest reception.
- Assist leadership and management team in problem solving, project planning, and execution of stated goals and objectives.
- Maintain strict confidentiality as appropriate.
- Strictly adhere to all Evara Health, HIPAA, HRSA, State, Federal and accreditation agency rules and regulations.

Education & Experience
- High school diploma and training in general secretarial/clerical work.
- Some business school and/or college level education preferred.
- Four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in administrative, clerical or office support for executive positions.
