Law firm is seeking a Real Estate/Transactional Secretary to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Draft, edit, and format complex legal documents
- Manage correspondence, scheduling, and filing for assigned attorneys
- Handle document revisions & redlines
- Coordinate communication with both in-office and remote attorneys
- Support occasional overtime needs as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3+ years litigation assistance in a law firm required; real estate/transactional experience preferred
- Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat required
- Excellent organizational and word processing skills
