Law firm is seeking a Real Estate/Transactional Secretary to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, edit, and format complex legal documents
  • Manage correspondence, scheduling, and filing for assigned attorneys
  • Handle document revisions & redlines
  • Coordinate communication with both in-office and remote attorneys
  • Support occasional overtime needs as required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3+ years litigation assistance in a law firm required; real estate/transactional experience preferred
  • Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat required
  • Excellent organizational and word processing skills
