Shift Details Full-time, day shifts only (no weekends), responsible for surgical services oversight, team leadership, and departmental strategy.

Compensation and Benefits Competitive compensation commensurate with experience. Relocation assistance available. Sign-on bonus available - up to $20,000 for eligible candidates.

Your Role

Set strategic vision and goals for surgical services.

Design standards of care, develop processes, and monitor compliance with hospital and regulatory policies.

Coach and develop perioperative leaders, manage performance, and facilitate career advancement.

Oversee patient flow, safety, and quality improvement initiatives within the surgical department.

Participate in hospital committees and maintain strong relationships with physicians and administrative leaders.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's preferred (Nursing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field). 3+ years of surgical services experience required; leadership experience preferred. Current RN license in practicing state required. CNOR and/or CSSM certification preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
