Job Description

Develop and manage preconstruction schedules, budgets, and project plans. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Conduct cost estimation and value engineering to optimize project outcomes. Evaluate and select subcontractors and suppliers for construction projects. Prepare detailed project proposals and present them to clients. Monitor regulatory compliance and permits during the preconstruction phase. Provide leadership and guidance to the preconstruction team. Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders. The Successful Applicant

A successful Preconstruction Manager should have:

A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in preconstruction planning within the property industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and cost estimation. Proficiency with project management software and tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Familiarity with local Miami building codes and regulations. What's on Offer
