Senior Account Executive Location: Near one of the following: Dedham, MA; Hartford, CT; Bedford, NH; Rhode Island.

Overview Our client is a leading provider of consumer, business‑to‑business, and industrial digital imaging solutions to the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean markets. They are currently seeking a Senior Account Executive for the Northeast covering the areas noted above. As an SAE, you will cover a targeted area for our client's high‑production printing in commercial printing, service bureaus, corporate in‑plants, and specialty printing environments.

Responsibilities

Engage key executives and decision makers to identify and develop customer business needs through promotion of client’s products.

Develop productive business relationships and provide a superior level of dedicated support with existing and new customers to add value to their productivity and profitability goals.

Develop the territory to grow accounts through competitive replacements and net new account adds.

Create and manage a short‑ and long‑term strategy to position our products and services for a long‑term commitment.

Demonstrate drive and resilience necessary to meet established targets and maintain an acceptable level of sales activities.

Manage complex sales cycles utilizing a consultative solution‑selling approach.

Develop proposals outlining unique customer business applications, pricing, and implementation plans.

Coordinate service and software support and establish appropriate resources for each account.

Utilize internal resources (product specialists, solutions engineers and technicians) to effectively present solutions.

Coordinate consistent representation behavior in strategic direction for each account.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

5+ years of related experience.

Experience selling business‑to‑business production printing equipment or related capital equipment.

Experience selling capital equipment to C‑level decision makers.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Strong business and financial analytical skills.

Effective communication and presentation skills in relaying ideas, information, and solutions in an engaging and confident manner.

Strong territory management skills with proven success identifying potential customers and applications.

Flexibility to identify and adapt to changes as needed to maximize success.

Strong consultative solution‑selling skills.

Excellent time management, listening, and interpersonal skills.

Will travel throughout assigned territory, including flying to additional cities and may include overnights (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required).

Compensation and Benefits Base salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year, with incentive plan/commission under the applicable plan. Additional transportation allowance: $350 per month.
