Responsibilities
Create accurate engineering deliverables: drawings, calculations and analyses that meet or exceed industry codes and client expectations.
Develop engineering documents that surpass client, ENERCON and regulatory requirements.
Continuously improve knowledge of industry codes, safety culture principles and advanced design techniques.
Deliver solutions aligned with rigorous quality assurance programs.
Build strong client relationships through clear communication and professional engagement.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated designs.
Perform on‑site plant walkdowns to verify systems meet engineering standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or related Engineering.
Minimum 3 years’ experience designing electrical systems.
Preferred experience in engineering services, power generation, nuclear power or heavy industrial sectors.
Strong written, oral and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in teams.
Proficiency in Word and Excel.
U.S. citizenship required for federal contract roles.
Senior Engineers typically have 7 years’ post‑graduate experience; Principal Engineers typically 10 years.
Pay Range USD $90,000.00 – $177,450.00 per year.
Eligibility To Work
Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
Must pass pre‑employment, background checks and random drug/alcohol screenings.
