Executive Recruiter | Connecting Plastics & Polymers Manufacturers with Top Engineering & Leadership Talent Nationwide
We’re not just offering a job — we’re offering a
life upgrade.
A chance to work with cutting‑edge materials, innovative processes, and an industry that
never stops pushing limits.
If you have a foundation in
manufacturing engineering , love
hands‑on process work , and dream of moving somewhere
with better weather, better pay, and better opportunity , this is it.
Come join a company that’s
growing, investing, and elevating
the next generation of extrusion engineering talent.
We’ll make sure your move is worth it —
financially, professionally, and personally.
Imagine this:
☀️ Your mornings start near the beach.
Your relocation package could be
$10,000… $20,000… even $30,000+
depending on your situation.
Your weekends?
Sand, surf, and sunshine.
Your work?
Mission‑critical aerospace rubber extrusion — building components that literally help things fly.
As The SR Manufacturing Engineer – Rubber Extrusion you will:
Lead the development and transfer of new rubber extrusion products into production — you’ll design, test, tweak, and launch.
Own extrusion manufacturing methods: from tooling design, die development, compound testing, mixing, extrusion line layout, process definition, labor/machine standards, scrap reduction, waste elimination, and continuous improvement.
Partner with design engineering, operations and supply chain — ensuring our designs are “manufacture‑friendly” and our processes are tight.
Drive root cause & corrective action for tooling, extrusion line failures, compound issues or product quality issues — you solve the tough problems.
Provide analysis (practical and statistical): process capability, machine performance, labor standards.
Act as a subject‑matter resource: extrusion, compounding, tooling, process design.
Participate in Lean/6 S drives and continuous improvement culture.
Bonus Points:
Aerospace industry experience (flight hardware rubber extrusion, high‑temperature elastomers, sealing systems in demanding environments).
Experience with elastomeric tooling for extrusion (dies, fixtures, splicing, finishing).
Exposure to high performance materials (e.g., silicone, Viton, FKM, EPDM, electrically‑conductive elastomers).
Track record of scrap reduction, productivity improvement, tooling cost savings.
Don’t wait. The next generation of aerospace sealing technology is being built now, and we need someone with your extrusion expertise. Let’s build something extraordinary together.
