Overview BrightView is dedicated to building and maintaining high-performing teams. We look for a Branch Recruitment Coordinator who will support full‑cycle recruiting for hourly field positions across our branch and market locations. The coordinator will develop sourcing strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and partner with branch leaders to ensure timely hiring and successful onboarding.
Responsibilities
Source, screen, and schedule interviews for hourly field roles.
Manage hiring activities from job posting to candidate screening, interview scheduling, and pre‑hire onboarding using the Applicant Tracking System.
Track and report candidate data, creating dashboards and hiring progress updates.
Communicate effectively with branch leaders about interview schedules and status updates.
Proactively source candidates through local job fairs, community events, trade schools, workforce development centers, and referral programs.
Provide weekly recruiting updates, market insights, and strategy recommendations to branch managers.
Support new hire onboarding, training, and follow‑up check‑ins.
Visit branches to build relationships, understand hiring pain points, and support local recruiting efforts.
Represent BrightView at hiring events and build local partnerships to attract talent.
Assist with additional talent initiatives or recruiting needs as required.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience for hourly or field‑level roles.
Preferred experience in landscaping, construction, manufacturing, or other service‑based industries.
Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for managing pipelines, workflows, and reporting.
Strong MS Office skills, especially spreadsheets and recruitment dashboards.
Proven ability to build relationships, influence hiring partners, and drive recruiting outcomes.
Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to manage high‑volume hiring across multiple locations.
Decisive problem solver with strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
Outstanding interpersonal and diplomatic skills at all organizational levels.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Comfortable with on‑site work and occasional branch travel, community events, and hiring fairs.
Flexible work hours, including evenings and weekends.
Valid driver’s license.
