Residential Sales Consultant
Overview : We are currently seeking a motivated, reward-driven individual to join our Company as a Residential Sales Consultant. Key Responsibilities As a Residential Sales Consultant, you will:
Respond to warm sales leads by visiting homeowners, conducting roof and property inspections, guiding customers through the restoration process, and providing solutions to help fund repairs.
Generate new leads by canvassing neighborhoods where property damage has occurred and discussing risks and solutions with homeowners.
Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Travel to areas recently hit by storm damage to identify signs of roof and property damage.
Climb onto roofs and into attics to assess damage and present findings to homeowners.
Educate homeowners about the restoration process and act as a technical advisor.
Provide estimates, funding options, and collect payments as required.
Work with insurance companies, meeting adjusters to facilitate the best outcomes.
Obtain agreements and contracts from homeowners.
Attend weekly sales meetings and actively participate in team communication.
Qualifications
Sales or customer service background is a plus but not required.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Technologically proficient (computer and smartphone apps).
Capable of climbing a ladder and inspecting roofs.
Able to work outdoors, including walking and occasionally carrying up to 50 lbs.
At least 40 hours of daytime availability weekly (most Saturdays required).
