We are currently seeking a motivated, reward‑driven individual to join our Company as a Residential Sales Consultant. Key Responsibilities
Respond to warm sales leads, visiting homeowners, conducting roof and property inspections, guiding customers through the restoration process, and providing solutions to help fund any needed repairs.
Generate new leads by canvassing neighborhoods where property damage has occurred and speaking with homeowners about risks and solutions.
Serve as a trusted advisor to homeowners, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Rapidly respond to warm leads to close contracts for our services.
Travel to areas recently hit by storm damage to identify signs of roof and property damage.
Climb onto roofs and into attics to conduct damage assessments and present findings to homeowners.
Educate homeowners on the restoration process and serve as a technical advisor to effectively resolve client concerns.
Provide estimates and funding options, and collect payments as required.
Work with insurance companies and adjusters to facilitate the best outcomes possible for homeowners.
Obtain agreements and contracts from homeowners for roof restoration services.
Attend weekly sales meetings and actively participate in team communication.
Qualifications
A sales or customer service background is a plus, but not required.
Must possess a valid driver’s license with access to reliable vehicle transportation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required for success.
Capable of utilizing technology (computer and smartphone apps) and gathering and analyzing information.
Ability to climb a ladder and scale roofs for inspection.
Ability to work outdoors, including walking and occasionally carrying up to 50 lbs.
At least 40 hours of daytime availability weekly (Schedule is flexible, but most Saturdays are required).
